About Kirstie

I was inspired to become a coach after I had had some coaching myself and found it really helpful. As an experienced manager, having worked in local government, the NHS and the third sector, I wanted to be equally professional in my work as a coach. I trained with the Academy of Executive Coaching and gained a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, accredited by the International Coaching Federation. This world-class training enabled me to develop my natural coaching style. I’m now proud to say I also deliver this training as a member of AoEC’s faculty. In addition to offering coaching, I now also offer supervision for coaches

We spend such a large proportion of our lives working that as well as doing a really good job, we want to get to get a lot out of it personally.  Job satisfaction and personal well-being are key because when we feel happy at work we put more in and become more productive.

Having lived in West London for many years I recently relocated to Glasgow.  Being mindful of the Five Ways to Well being  I have a wide range of interests including taking action to halt climate chaos, learning Spanish and trying to improve my tennis.

If you are looking for coaching then I’d be very happy to discuss how I can help you.
